If anybody's gonna wear a unique fascinator and hat you bet it's gonna be Lady Gaga. Everyone has their own opinions about her fashion sense; outrageous, wakky, sexy, unique, unusual.... no matter what it is she pulls it off. Big round hair wrapped, enormous scorpion and raw meat as fascinators, what in the world is happening! As a fascinator enthusiast and addict.... I LOVE HER!
